Book Pakuranga Sailing Club for your event
With its breathtaking harbour views, the Pakuranga Sailing Club is ideal for special occasions, such as weddings, anniversaries and special birthdays. It’s also a great spot for corporate or educational workshops.
Two adjoining rooms with habour views
The Pakuranga Sailing Club building has two large function rooms which can be opened up, or fully separated by folding doors. Both spaces have incredible window views of the harbour, as well as access to balcony areas.
Clubhouse amenities include tables and chairs to seat 100 people comfortably across the two rooms. You need to bring your decorations, tableware and organise your own catering.

Furniture for your guests
The clubhouse seats 50 people comfortably at tables in the main lounge, and another 50 in the adjacent lounge. You may wish to bring seat covers, table cloths and table decorations.
Kitchen facilities
The venue includes two kitchen areas (one in each lounge) with working fridges and ovens. These kitchen facilities are available for your event.
Two large deck areas
Incredible views of the Hauraki Gulf harbour from the decks will be sure to impress your guests. The club faces North-West, so sunsets from the clubhouse are a must-see.

How much does venue hire cost?
It depends what kind of event your planning, how long you require the venue for. Please contact us for a quote and to view the venue.
When can I start setting my event?
Keys are issued after 12noon on the Friday before the event, so if you are planning a wedding or birthday on a Saturday or Sunday, you are welcome to start setting up the day before.
How will I get access to the venue?
A member of our member will meet you down at the clubhouse and show you through. Keys are available to be picked up on the Friday afternoon before your event.
Do you organise catering?
No, you’ll need to organise your catering. We have kitchen facilities you can use.
Do we need to cleanup afterwards?
Absolutely. You’ll need to remove all rubbish from the clubhouse as soon as possible after your event. Please be respectful of our clubhouse and leave it just as you found it.
